Dawn M. Chapman serves as the managing partner attorney for the Legacy Law of Florida law firm. She has been serving clients in the Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, and Pinellas communities for over twenty-one years.

She received her B.A. from Stony Brook University, New York where she graduated with honors and received her juris doctor from Touro Law School in the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Islip, New York. Dawn graduated with honors and was chosen as the winner of the Siben Fellowship, a scholarship to law school awarded to only one student every three years based on academic achievement and community involvement. She also received the Amjur Award for highest grade achieved in Advanced Estates and Trusts and Real Estate.

Dawn’s motto is: “We give you the legal advice you need to hear.” She listens to the client, analyzes the law as it applies to the client’s particular issues and concerns, and provides the client with the legal advice needed to make the decisions they determine are best for themselves and their family.

Dawn continues to be active in the community as she contributes to several charitable organizations, is active in her church and volunteers her spare time to children’s programs.

Ramsey Scheuerle serves as a partner attorney for Legacy Law of Florida law firm. Mr. Scheuerle is a Stetson graduate and has been practicing in the Brandon area with a concentration in Business Law and Civil Litigation. In addition to his law degree, he has his fifth year in accounting at USF and several years of experience in accounting which help make him an integral asset to the firm.

Ramsey’s focus is client driven and his stated goal is to provide his best legal services in response to the client’s needs in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Ramsey is an active member in his church and enjoys spending time with family.

April Taylor serves as paralegal to the Legacy Law of Florida law firm. She has over seventeen years experience in Family Law and General Practice. She is highly skilled, capable, and compassionate. She provides attorney and client support with integrity, efficiency, and care.

April was born and raised in Central Florida. She enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and, most importantly, spending time with her family. She devotes her free time to supporting cancer research.
